JOYBLACK™ PA8087 is Polyamide (Nylon) based high-end black masterbatch.
It has excellent dispersion,high jetness, high gloss and high tinting strength.
It adopt with powder grinding process,effectively reduced the frenquency of filling up and broken wires.

It has excellent dilution and Spinning performance in the production process. The final articles made with PA8087 Nylon black masterbatch have strong tinting strength,heat and light resistance.It is widely used in textile fiber spinning, spunbound fabrics, high-grade electrical products molding and compounding.The pack life can above 30 days.
Method of AdditionJOYBLACK™ PA8087 is designed for ease of dilution and homogeneous mixing in plastic melt and therefore suit for direct addition or by pre-blending.
Addition RateThe amount of masterbatch added depends on the performance requirements of final application,the typical addition rates vary from 0.8-2%.
Packaging &Storage25KG/ bag in pellets form (polyethylene bag). Store in a dry place. Recommended storage life: up to one year if stored as directed. Suggest to retest the moisture content before use if more than one year Typical Properties

Application
It is 35% carbon black noly based balck masterbatch with excellent dispersion, anti-heat and light and has strong tintingstrength with dosage about 0.8-2%. It shows a high blue undertone in final articles with high jetness high gloss and tinting strength.The applications are as colorant in the texiles for fiber spin-dyeing and high end electrical parts.
